You can identify your five senses of action, Karmendriya (कर्मेन्द्रिय), five senses of cognition, Jnanendriya (ज्ञानेन्द्रिय) and one Manas (उभयेन्द्रिय). You can balance your three components, TriGuna (त्रिगुण ) , three energies, TriDosha (त्रिदोष) with five elements PanchTatva (पंचतत्व ). You will become aware with your Body, Mind and Soul through balancing your seven chakras, SaptaChakra (सप्तचक्र). You will find a new person within yourself. You will meet with your own friend, philosopher and guide within yourself. You will be transformed by yourself.

If you want that desirable transformation then you can share your problems, situations, questions, quarries, thoughts to me. Let's talk about those problems which are stopping you. Let's decode those words coming from your heart and mind.
